How to OnBoard one user

  • Launch GAT+
  • Under Configuration select On/Offboarding
  • In Create workflow tab on top
    • Set up a Workflow name
    • Select Workflow type to Onboarding 
    • Select Domain
    • Choose the email prefix for the new user
    • Click on Accept
  • Under Users tab select Add new user

  • Fill in the user details

  • Select Actions tab and pick any of the actions you would like to add to the account you are creating
  • Select Add user to groups choose the group and add selected group
  • Click on Set user signature then add in the designated field. Select Tips to view examples
  • Select Copy user contacts, a new field will be added below.
  • Add the account you copy the contacts from.
  • Once you ready with the actions select Send approval request on the bottom left
  • Pop up window will be displayed – showing the Workflow summary
  • Click Request approval to submit.
  • Security officer will receive an email, leading them to this page. They have to approve the request – under Configuration –  Security officerOnBoarding/Offboarding approval
  • Once it is approved, open Workflow results. You can see the result summary by clicking on the eye icon under Actions field
  •  The account is created, added to the groups contacts are copied and email signature set up.
